CHALLENGE. Firstly, the client phased with a lack of IT capacities, and secondly,  data management was done by the client's internal analysts that was a risky for the critical sales out unification process with the whole complexity on pharma market - dynamic changes in retail, new pharma associations that have same pharmacies in different retail associations.

SOLUTION. A cloud solution based on corporate standard Microsoft with fast scale up capacities according to the client's needs, fast automated sales out collection processes and deduplicated pharmacy database.

BENEFITS. Supported by our team the client got in double digit growth through ability to monitor real pharma sales in time leveraging that with marketing activities.
