Our client faced with a challenge that doctors more and more make prescriptions by MNN and when patients went to pharmacy store they bought brands based on the recommendation done by a pharmacist. So, the client couldn’t get fact sales results from prescription. Additional complexity to the situation created pharmaceutical chains replacing each other or other retail in the same pharmacy space and buildings.

SOLUTION

Our team provided client with unique deduplicated pharmacy database that made possible to track real sales results within same pharmacy even in case often changes different legal entities within same place. Additional option of informing about new pharmacies opening in chains was done and transferred immediately to CRM ensuring visit plan and immediate visit of pharmacy rep into the pharmacy.  Standard corporate user friendly reports available on mobile devices, transparent for whole organization with same figures were created by our team by mandatory.
